Twists & Locs Salon provides professional natural hair care services including loc installation, loc maintenance, loc styling, protective styles, scalp treatments, and related services for all clients regardless of gender. All services are performed by licensed, trained professionals. Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and history.
We reserve the right to decline service if we determine that a requested service could cause harm to your hair or scalp, or if a client is behaving in a disrespectful or unsafe manner toward our staff.
Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or by text. Booking an appointment is a commitment of your time and ours. We ask that you arrive on time — if you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, please call or text us so we can adjust accordingly. Arriving significantly late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who no-show without notice may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book with us going forward.
Deposits collected at booking are non-refundable for no-shows and late cancellations, but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is given.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service. Prices listed on our website are subject to change and may vary based on hair length, density, and service complexity. A final price will be confirmed at your consultation or at the start of your appointment.
For new clients or clients requesting loc installation, a consultation may be required before services begin. Consultations allow us to assess your hair health, discuss your goals, and recommend the best approach. Some consultations may carry a fee that is applied toward your first service.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please let us know before you leave the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns. We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we are committed to making things right whenever possible.
Please inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical treatments before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if we believe proceeding could cause harm. Twists & Locs Salon is not liable for reactions to products used on undisclosed conditions.
We love showcasing our work. With your permission, we may photograph your completed style for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. You will always be asked before any photos are taken. You may decline at any time, and previously given consent may be withdrawn by contacting us directly.

We make every effort to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees regarding completeness or accuracy.
